In preparation for the first meeting of the TRAN Committee, the two independent rail company groups, ERFA and ALLRAIL submitted in a special letter their wish list of changes and improvements to be considered during the new legislative period.
The final purpose is clear : to make rail traffic - which is key for the European sustainable development - grow.
For Freight traffic, the development of a healthy market in second hand rolling stock of all types is a key challenge.
